Return & Exchange Policy
TO PROTECT YOU AND ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS’ HEALTH AND INTEREST, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING MERCHANDISE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
(1) Due to the fact that comforter covers, pillow covers, bedspread sets, and sheets come in contact with skin, feet, and mouth, no returns/exchanges will be accepted for items that have been open and used.
(2) Returns/exchanges for all comforters have to be made within seven (7) days of purchase. there should also be no visible stains, odors or other signs of use on merchandise.
(3) No returns/exchanges will be accepted on custom-made merchandise.
(4) Returns/exchanges of any merchandise other than (1) to (3) should be made within seven (7) days of purchase and should have no visible odors or signs of use.
(5) Limit one (1) return/exchange per merchandise.
(6) All bedding merchandise that has been cleaned or laundered by the customer will not be accepted for returns/exchanges.
(7) Free gifts can not be returned/exchanged nor can they be used as credit for other merchandise.
(8) Please present the original purchase receipt at the place of purchase for all returns/exchanges. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without receipts.
(9) Return/exchange policy stated here applies only to merchandise with factory-defect or incorrect size. All other reasons will not be accepted.
